Upload RPD to OAC using a OAC Private Endpoint

Hello All,

I am receiving an error when attempting to upload an RPD to an OAC Cloud private end point.

Does anyone have information on how to correctly download the certificate from OAC and add it to the keystore? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

    Please follow these steps to ensure the connection to the OAC instance is functioning correctly:

    1. Confirm that the OAC URL is accessible from the server or machine where the client tool is installed. This ensures there are no network or firewall restrictions.
    2. Verify that a native user with BI Service Administrator privileges is being used to connect to the instance via the Open in Cloud option.


    If a custom SSL configuration is in place, ensure the required certificates are imported into the client tool's keystore to establish a secure connection.
