Ability to Turn Links in a Table Into Hyperlinks

Description
Currently, OAC has the ability to turn a link in a textbox into a hyperlink and to create data actions that will connect to external URLs but the action applies to the entire column. Different links in one column cannot be turned into hyperlinks. If individual links in a table could be turned into hyperlinks, the users would have a more interactive table experience.
Use Case and Business Need
Please view the attached screenshot of an example. In the Story URL column, there are unique URLs listed for each row. Users would be able to have a more interactive experience if each Story URL was a hyperlink they could click on.
