Details:

Currently BIP Reports built on Excel Template, supports Report Output Format Options as .xls and this can hold data of only 65K records per worksheet/tab in Excel and the remaining data is split across tabs.

As we are currently having data in millions, even if need to export this data for 1 month or 1 quarter for analysis; the output is split across multiple tabs and the user has to manually consolidate the data in a single tab for analysis.

Attaching the screenshot of the available Report Output options for Excel Template and other report templates(i.e. XPT) in BIP. Currently other Report templates are having the Report Output options as .xlsx, but this option isn't available for Excel Report template. 

Request you to consider having the Report Output Format option as .xlsx for Excel templates.

Business Need: View the BIP Reports data in xlsx format which are built on Excel template, so that the user can see 1000k data in a single worksheet/tab instead of 65k records per worksheet/tab
