Dear Team,

I have enabled the Microsoft in tune work profile policy to access Mobile app with company provided devices and it is successful.

authentication is happening using the active directory as well, however, every time when i open the oracle analytics app it asks me for the credentials

is there a way to avoid requesting credentials every time?

    @User_G5I6L - If Single Sign-On (SSO) is not configured or integrated correctly, users may need to enter their credentials repeatedly. Please let us know if you use native OAC user credentials to connect via Mobile app.

    Dear Sumanth,

    we have enabled the SSO (single sign on) however still it is asking the credentials to enter in the mobile device whereas in the desktop version it is not asking.
