    Reference:

    The FDI Payroll Balance subject area requires a Balance Group in Fusion (Analytics Warehouse Balance Group)

    This balance group currently does not support default Inclusions.

    Please add default inclusion support for the HCM Payroll subject area

      @Victor H - you can define default inclusions on Cloud HCM Balance group setup. So any new balances that are defined in Cloud Applications - you will not have to manually add it to the balance definition on balance group. For the 1st time load - balance definitions are required.
