In Filter list, visibility eye icon should display always to understand the visibility

In Filter list, visibility eye icon should display always to understand the visibility.
Currently visibility icon is shows only when hover the cursor. And little fade in color.
For not experienced users, it is difficult to understand visibility can be controlled with eye icon.
So it should always visible and allow to switch enable and disable.

I haven't noticed this until my teammate asked me something about it's functionality. 😅

Hi @Rajakumar Burra,
How are you using this feature? We planned to remove it as it is a different form of deselecting a value, but we decided to keep it around for now.
