ESS job we need to submit the

Hi All,

We have a custom BIP report with Business unit as a parameter.we need to create a ESS job for that.The requirement is while submitting the ESS job from schedule process user will see business unit names and user will select business unit name as a parameter but business unit id need to pass to the report and fetch the data.

Is this possible at ESS job level?

I think that should be possible. From the ESS job you can create a LOV parameter and tie it to BIP parameter which can have a similar query but with ID passed in the backend.

Hi,

my question sort of pertains to this.  Do the daily FDI pipeline tasks and background jobs get logged in the ESS history tables.

We have some performance issues with out production Fusion application stack and we're attempting to pinpoint processes that are in contention or conflict. The ESS tables show all activities BIP and non BIP related.  Are the FDI/FAW processes logged using these table and if so how would they be identified?
