Exportable listing of all DFFs, DFFs names, and the Oracle assigned BI label name

Example:
DFF defined at a journal line level
Configured Prompt: Item Sku Number Key Value
Oracle Assigned BI Label: ITM_SK_NBR_K_V_
How do we get a clean extract/export of all DFFs + their associated BI label.

For anyone searching for something similar, here's how we approached this:
(1) Used Document 2463485.1 to obtain a listing of all DFF PVOs. This approach assumes that this is how FDI extracts DFFs into FDI.
(2) For each configured DFF, we performed a logical query executions in the OTBI admin console. The results of this query shows the OTBI BI label names, which facilitated the ability to do a config comparison across environments.
It wasn't as simple as we hoped, but the above approach did work in a reasonable amount of time, and prevented the need to scan through DFF configuration logs.

Hi @Dylan M ,
Welcome to Oracle Analytics community.
I have written a query to export all DFF setup from Fusion SaaS. You may need to modify that a little more as per your requirement but it will give you basic details to start with:
Configuration - Extract DFF Setup
Thanks.

Hi @MandeepGupta,
Thanks for sharing, that's helpful to list all configured DFFs and their associated configuration attributes. However that doesn't show the OBIEE semantic model label that gets assigned based on the configured prompt.
So while having the configured prompt in a BIP report is helpful, since Oracle derives the BI label algorithmically from the configured prompt, the Oracle derived BI label value is really what I'm looking for.

Got it. I am unable to find a table that has this information. Let us wait to hear from other community experts.
Thanks.

Hello @Dylan M,
I understand you are asking a question regarding BI Object Labels for DFF and their segments. This may not be the best way, in fact i dont think there is a way to export them all in 1 shot, but i suppose you can view this information in the Log file that gets generated after running the following scheduled process "Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions For Transactional Business Intelligence"
You can review the steps here :
Once this process completes, you can fetch the log and check for the BI Labels, you will have to search for them a bit, but the log should contain them.
In case this doesn't help of the information is incomplete, request you to log an Idea to suggest implementation of this feature to export DFF data easily from the Fusion Applications via a Export button. If my response has answered your question or assisted you with your concern, please click "yes" below to accept the answer or comment with any additional queries.
