OAC maintenance was performed, which resulted in an impact on our customer's business operations.

• At 12:05 JST on Sunday, February 9, 2025, our metric monitoring detected a downtime of the OAC instance.
• Between 12:32 and 13:05, four analytical reports failed. During this period, a patch including critical security and regression bug fixes was applied to the customer’s environment.
