- At 12:05 JST on Sunday, February 9, 2025, our metric monitoring detected a downtime of the OAC instance.
- Between 12:32 and 13:05, four analytical reports failed. During this period, a patch including critical security and regression bug fixes was applied to the customer’s environment.

However, since maintenance activities can lead to failures in analytical report outputs, we would like to request an improvement to ensure that all maintenance activities are notified in advance to avoid unexpected operational disruptions.
