Merge the Table and Pivot Visualization Types into one

Having only one visualization for Table and Pivot table with a property to switch from one to the other.
Combine these two in one:
The pivot table viz type should assume that if I'm not putting anything into columns, then it's a table. Not sure why we need an extra table viz.
