Allow consumers to Show/Hide Columns in a Workbook table (similar to classic)

Howdy Everyone!
The new feature of hiding columns is amazing but we would like a way to show the hidden columns on the table like the classic instance. This allows the report to be more interactive and show more detail rather than going into a data action.

Thank you for raising this request.
This is more of an OAC ask. So, I am moving this to the OAC queue.

This already exists in OAC instance, I am asking if we could get it added to FDI in the future? @Krishna Prasad Kotti-Oracle

@Cade Johnston It is not available OAC -DV. It is available in classic.
This is missing functionality, I have raised it way back.

Apologies for misunderstanding @Rajakumar Burra @Krishna Prasad Kotti-Oracle

@Cade Johnston — is this basically a list of optional columns a consumer of the table can add/remove without the author changing the report? Seems useful!

yes @Bret Grinslade - Oracle Analytics-Oracle It is existing functionality of classic and our users use it extensively .
I have requested this long ago.

@Rajakumar Burra is this a duplicate? If so … I we can point to that for votes.

For my idea it is showing as planned .

@Bret Grinslade - Oracle Analytics-Oracle I think it would be very useful for all consumers! Thanks for responding on this and pointing to the original post!

Boosting this again -
This is actually a critical feature for us. It's preventing us from moving off an old OAC report onto a new DV version with better graphics for users. We need this now, not next year!
