Hi using

I have just installed Oracle Analytics Server 6.4 in Oracle Linux 7.8 as repository Oracle 19c Database. When I am accessing the Analytics using https//*******:9002/analytics getting the following errors:

Error 500--Internal Server Error

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:

10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

I am not able to solve the issue. Please guide me to solve it.

    Please verify if all processes are up and running by executing the following command:

    <DOMAIN_HOME>/bitools/bin/status.sh

    Additionally, ensure that all deployments are in the Active state within the WebLogic Console.

    Kindly check if you can access the following URL without any issues:
