Web Report capability to send a digital copy to an SFTP server as user trigger printing

To have an option in Web Report to generate a digital copy of the document as user generate the physical document and later on we can extract the documents and send to an archiving repository. This way we can have the exact copy of the document that we can use for audit purpose
