Upgrade from ODI Studio to OCI Data Integration

Question

We've received a request from a client regarding the possibility of upgrading their current version of ODI Studio to OCI Data Integration  (Cloud Infrastructure Data Integration | Oracle United Kingdom). I've reviewed the available resources but couldn’t find a clear roadmap or upgrade path from ODI Studio to this specific OCI Data Integration ETL tool. At this stage, it seems that the worst-case scenario would involve manually recreating each mapping and scenario from source to target from existing ODI load plans in OCI Data Integration.

Could you please advise on this?

Thank you for your guidance. I shall post it again in both forums. I was thinking more about the OAC community when raising this request as customer reporting output is OAC and to understand whether anyone SME from community have had exposure upgrading the Integration layer from the tools specified

You can either post in the Data Integration category (linked above), or also look if something else sounds like a good match for your need (they have tons of categories about Fusion HCM for example).

Thank you for the update and for the warm welcome.

ODI is part of the ETL tool to Extract PVO from Fusion HCM source to Oracle Analytics product.

Please kindly advise whether this can be moved to Data Integration Forum or happy to submit another post for the right forum?
