Business users couldn't able to see any data on general ledger OOTB workbooks

Team,
The security setup has been completed for users with access to both AP and GL modules.
While AP users are able to access data and content without issues, the user with GL access is experiencing a problem: they can open the OOTB GL reports, but no data is rendering.
I have double-checked and confirmed that all the necessary DUTY and DATA roles related to GL have been assigned.
Has anyone faced similar challenges? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi @GovardhanGuru-Oracle,
You probably know this but the documentation for managing users, groups and roles is here:
Your FDI IDCS users should be sync'd with your FA users. If possible, test with the out-of-the-box roles before moving on to Custom Security.
Regards,
John

Hello @GovardhanGuru-Oracle , I have experienced the same issue too .
As suggested by @JohnW-Oracle FDI Sync Process pulls user and role mappings from the Fusion ERP Identity Domain.
Here's a high-level overview of how these roles are typically assigned and how they relate to FDI:
Role Type
Purpose
Example
Relevance to FDI
Duty Role
Provides
access to specific functions or data sets in a module (e.g., GL Inquiry, GL Journals).General Ledger Inquiry Duty
Used to grant permissions to access subject areas like Journals, Balances in FDI.
Data Role
Combines a Job Role (like Financial Analyst) with a Data Security context (e.g., Business Unit, Ledger).
Financial Analyst – Vision Operations
Controls which ledger, BU, or legal entity data a user can see in FDI.

If data is not rendering after you have done everthing you can, check with you DBA to see if there are any DB level GRANTS that need to be executed. Sometimes, the DB layer has additional levels of security.
