New Oracle Analytics Homepage similar to the Oracle Cloud Console

Current state: The current Oracle Analytics Homepage only contains analytics objects such as datasets, workbooks, dataflows and others.

Problem: Users are a bit lost on what to do or to understand the product, the product roadmap, what's new and how to get training or help.

Solution: The new Oracle Cloud console homepage looks very clean, fresh and professional. It's offering not only the objects but also:

This is totally customizable. The font is smaller so we could see more.

This is a great update, especially that it is customizable - our users don't know what to do when they hit the home page now so providing them some direction here would be very beneficial.
