If you are new, I would recommend to start using 12c instead of 11g.

Please read the documentation on Oracle Fusion Middleware Online Documentation Library

    Hi,

The Log files will be in below location. Refer to nqserver.log

    [Middleware_Home]\ instances\instance1\diagnostics\logs\OracleBIServerComponent\coreapplication_obis1

    Thanks,

    Hello KS,

Please let us know what is the OS on which you have done installation?

Please login to console (locolhost:7001/console) then go to Environment -> Servers and please check if BI_Server is running.

If it is not running then click on control tab select bi_server and start it. If you get an error please post a screenshot.

If BI_Server is running then check if opmnctl components are running.

    [Middleware_Home]\ instances\instance1\bin

depending upon your OS type opmnctl status. If it is not running type opmnctl startall. Please post if you get an error.
