How to save an OTBI report into Reports and Analystics Favorites of Job Managers role in ERP

I have developed some OTBI and BIP reports and I would like to centrally save this report in the Reports and Analystics Favorites for list of users / role. (Instead of each user manualy saving as tehmselves short cut)

I mean having it centrally enabled in the below window in reports /analytics for list of users or role.

Could you please explain the steps to achive this with our ERP adminitration team.

i belive there may be a user preference file to update etc..
