OAC - Unable to edit and save agents after ownership change
Hello,
Unable to edit and save agents after ownership change. We have changed owner for an agent. The new owner is able to edit/save reports but unable to do so for agents. When trying to edit agent and save he is getting "Insufficient Permissions" error.
The new ownership has the roles: Authenticated User, BI COnsumer, BI Content Author, DV Consumer and DV Content Author.
Attached screenshots with error and roles assigned.
Any idea whats happening?
Regards,

@Chari-Oracle - Welcome to the Oracle Analytics Community!
For a better understanding of agents, their usage, and behavior when ownership is changed, please refer to the following note:
OBIEE 11g/12c - A non-Administrator User Cannot Save an Agent due to "The following error has occurred: InsufficientPermissions"
(Doc ID 2069473.1)While the note refers to OBIEE 11g/12c, the core concept remains applicable to OAC as well.
Hope this helps!
