bicc external storage connection issue

When we trying to connect BICC to a external storage area , we get an error when try to retrieving container list. [BIACM0123][An unexpected response was returned from the server: BAD_REQUEST ]
Another client tools like winscp, using same setup and https protocol, have sucessfull connection and operation ( put files, manage folders etc)

The answer didn't change, BICC is not an Oracle Analytics product, it is part of Fusion.
The Fusion applications and all the related tools are covered in a separate parallel forum:
Look at the various categories in there and identify the best location where to ask your question about BICC.
