Missing EXPORT in TOOL PALETTE when building OEDQ Jobs

When designing and building JOBS in the OEDQ tool, I'm finding that exports that have been created are not showing available in the Tool Palette. One instance I've noticed, are when Exports go from Oracle Database Snapshot (view), to a Data Store that points to a file location. The other instance, pictured below, is a lot less obvious and I'm looking for insight on factors that contribute to objects not showing up in the palette.
Could someone please off insight?

As said on the other one you are posting in the OBIEE forum, I guess you have more chances in the Data Quality forum ...
