Ability to rename Attribute filters in Data Visualization in the filter bar

Description

It would be helpful to rename the attribute or dimension names from a data set in the project to provide a more meaningful name per the use of the specific project. The filter box in Data Visualization of OAC currently does not offer the functionality to rename the filter as a "rename" function. We can currently accomplish this by creating a calculation or data set and renaming the value however it would be best served to rename the attribute in the filter similarly to how BI has the option to rename the column header w/o creating a standalone calculation.

Use Case and Business Need

Data is generally structured to reference hierarchical representation and is generally less decipherable and friendly to the end users. Taking a value of Balancing Segment 30 and renaming it to "Regional Entity Rollup" makes for a more intuitive naming convention. Allowing the change strait away in the filter box is less cumbersome than always creating a calculation and requires less planning that renaming values in a data set.

This feature needs to be available as a priority as we have an option to rename selected columns in the visualizations, in the properties tab in dv but in the filter section there is no such option available.

It would be better if we can have an option of renaming filter columns in the filter section like how we do for canvas renaming by just giving a click.

Problem: It creates a confusion among the viewers and developers for having different name in the report viz and filter section. We usually maintain report column names according to customer needs and customer requirements. But to bring them in the filter section is possible through parameters, but a simple click rename option is more convenient.
