I believe the update actually went through, but when I go to the "Release Updates" page, it shows as troubleshooting.
Is there a way to resolve this?

This looks like the NSAW update page. I had a similar problem earlier this year.
It turns out that a custom field that we used on an NSAW subject area was the culprit. The subject matter area had changed under-the-hood and it was causing the issue.
Open a ticket - they can look at the backend and see if it's a similar issue (or not) and reset the upgrade path to what you need. They were pretty quick when I submitted.
For sure it isn't an Oracle Analytics screen, therefore this forum isn't the one covering that product.
If you are using NetSuite, maybe you should check https://community.oracle.com/netsuite
If you are using a Fusion app, then you should go to https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect
