An easier method to get access token for OAC REST APIs

Currently to get the token, the user needs to have access to the Analytics instance in OCI. An easier method to get the access token for using REST OAC APIs from the OAC-Instance side will be really helpful. The current method involves sending cURL commands or Postman requests. A button or a feature for implementing this would be real nice.
