Hi,

What might cause some users to receive an “Insufficient permissions” error when signing in to our SSO‑enabled FDI instance provisioned from Fusion?

    welcome to FDI community.

    As per Error, its an permission Issue -

    Check your fusion application and see you have enabled the IDCS sync.
    take one user and see the permission/roles assigned to user to debug further.
    most of the time its an issue with roles assignment Only.
