Based on an existing corporate report, we suggest providing users the ability to implement customizations within an Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) report and save a personalized version that can be shared with other users. Something similar to the existing “State” menu feature in the tool, but enhanced with the additional capability of sharing these customized versions across users.

    Hello,

    You can grab the URL of the a workbook state and share with other users (via email, slack etc).

    We have currently have no plans to add ACL to a workbook state and share (like we do on Workbook and other other data assests).
