Description (Required):Add a new delivery method to BI publisher reports to send data to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure object storage container. (This is currently possible with BICC) but not BIP

Use Case and Business Need (Required):BIP is often used to create datasets required by external applications. These reports are invoked using the runReport or SchedulerService SOAP services from integration platforms, but as the datasets being returned can be large in volume, it is problematic to handle the data (Especially when using application integration platforms such as Oracle integration Cloud. If integration platforms could invoke the reports, but rely to BIP to automatically deliver the datafiles to object storage (Like it does for FTP/UCM), then we could consume the datafiles directly from object storage.
