this is a basic functionality in any pivot table of OBIEE. Why OAC dont have this tool?

Thanks all. While the enhancement is being considered for'non RPD' datasources, by respective dev team, you may also leverage a custom viz extension that exists in the Oracle analytics Library (https://www.oracle.com/business-analytics/data-visualization/extensions/) : Row Expander. This extension will provide you with an initial version of the capability, until a vanilla feature supports it.

We'd already checked this out and found it to be very different than what's being asked for here. It needs to be non-RPD to meet the requirement.

Seconded - it is a shame this is only available with hierarchical columns, which are also quite finnicky.
