Unable to deliver an email with HTML content as attachment via OTBI agent
Hi all,
I created an analysis and want to set up an agent to send out the output via scheduled email. Under delivery content, I select the format as csv and deliver as attachment (since I want to send the report out as attachment), I cannot send the email body with html format. All the email contents are presented as plain text.
Is there any methods/ configuration changes allowing me to send an email with html format. Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the Oracle Analytics Community!
Once you select the option 'Deliver as attachment', you can only specify the attachment note and it is only in text format.
Alternatively you can define your report as per the format you wanted to deliver along with text, links etc. and then select the option as below.
Format: HTML; Delivery: Deliver results directly
Here is an example where I delivered certain text along with links and table with certain formatting by defining those into the compound layout of the report and then choose the option:
Format: HTML
Delivery: Deliver results directly
