FDI BIP Connection (Parameter Misssing)
FDI data augmentation pipeline fails with “invalid document structure” though the BIP report runs fine (CSV-only, no params). BIP connection test and metadata load succeed. After ~1.5 hrs job is rejected.
Any known workaround or configuration to make FDI accept pure CSV BIP output without dummy parameters?

@Jestin Rajan - If the parameters are created in the BIP report and are not marked as mandatory, they still need to be defined in the Report Config Parameters.
Alternatively, you can remove the parameters from the BIP report and then re-run the augmentation.
Hope this helps!

Hi @Sumanth V -Oracle Thank you for your response. Actually, there are no parameters defined in the data model that could be set as mandatory, and therefore, in the BIP connector reporting configuration, I don’t have any parameters to enter. I also tried creating a dummy parameter in the data model, but even after doing so, I continued to receive the same error.

Also, to add, the source for the data model is an Analysis and not an SQL query, as I find it easier to locate columns from the subject area rather than from physical tables. I have applied some filters on the Analysis — could those be the reason for this error?

There is a nice oracle blog outlining this process

See if it can help you resolve the issue. Hope it helps!
