There is no error page. After we log in, it reidrects back to the ideas lab page (home or the exact post), but we are not logged in. It’s like the cookie isn’t catching on our browsers.
@User_5BG4S , did you really wanted to post that in a public forum? (and not some internal Oracle system)
If that's what you really wanted to do, maybe you should consider posting a whole message, with some context. Right now it does maybe make sense for you, but that's about it…

Are you trying to say that you, well your customer, are trying to use the Idea Lab page for OAC-OAS and you can't login because of the security software (VPN) you are using? That Zscaler thing?
But in that case, don't use your vpn if that's the source of the issue. Because obviously the Vanilla Forums platform works as hundreds of people are using it just fine. You should maybe speak with who implemented that Zscaler thing.
@Daniel C Mohan-Oracle or @Benjamin Arnulf-Oracle , you maybe want to get in touch with your colleague (who should also identify as an Oracle employee on a public forum) and maybe handle his issue "internally"…
Does Oracle Analytics Server 2026 include AI features such as a built-in chatbot or AI Assistant? If not, are there any plans or indications that these AI capabilities will be introduced in a future OAS release?
