Description

Ability to export output in an archived format (.zip). Please provide a method to toggle between Archived Export vs normal export. When the Archived export option is selected, the output (csv,xls,xlsx,ppt,pptx,etc...) should be archived in .zip format.

Additionally, the "Archive and email" option will be great if the file attached to the email ready to be shared through email.

This is a good idea.

My ct wants to reduce the size of email attachments sent by OTBI agents.

And this solution will solve the problem.

Below are examples of the differences in file size for each specified file format.

Case1. Selecting Excel(Formatted) as Export option for OTBI scheduing: Output file size is 10MB.

Case2. Selecting CSV as Export option for OTBI scheduing: Output file size is 100MB.

Case3. Manually export using "Data > Excel": Output file size is 5MB.
