RPD download was not working - OAS 2025
Hi team,
We had recently migrated to OAS 2025 with October patch, we are unable to download the rpd from the server. we used below command
./datamodel.sh downloadrpd -O RPDname [-W RPDpwd] -SI service_instance -U cred_username [-P cred_password]
error below -
Post downloadrpd REST with url: http://leuspaobi05.leinternal.com:9504/bi-lcm/v1/si/ssi/rpd/downloadrpd
Service Instance: ssi
Operation failed.
An exception (Error Executing Export Archive task : Operation Failed) occurred during execution, please check server logs for more detailed information.
System exit code: 1
Any solution/help/support will be much appreciated to resolve the issues.
Thanks,
Saravanan.V.

Hi RVohra,
I had cross-verified, it was pointing to proper Bidata in NFS mount.

Or, instead of raising a SR but trying to find answers in the forum, provide more details about your environment: what kind of migration was done, what's the OS, from where you are trying to execute the command etc.
And check the logs on the server: if the request did reach the server, and based on "Error Executing Export Archive task : Operation Failed" we can assume it did, the logs on the server should point you to the issue that caused the exception. The command itself only receive a general state that there was an issue, but the issue should be logged with more details on the server.
