P2T ODA and OGL settings impact
We are using Oracle fusion and are planning a Production to Test (P2T) refresh for their Dev1 environment. We are seeking advice regarding any Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) configuration or settings that need to be reapplied or updated after the P2T, to ensure both solutions function as they do currently.

Hi @Mel G,
Please take a look into the following post which might be useful.
Also as probably the following community will be the best placed to get more help on your query.
Digital Assistant — Cloud Customer Connect
Hope this help.
Thank you.

@Mel G , as mentioned above by Bhaskar, it is best to ask the question in the more focused forum dedicated to ODA. But as a general guideline about Oracle Fusion refreshes, if your PROD and DEV environments are on different Fusion quarterly releases (e.g., PROD on 25D, DEV on 26A) then OGL step selectors may break
or ODA skill flows may not align with UI changes. It is best practice to revalidate after DEV is on same quarterly release as PROD.

Also, follow this runbook immediately after P2T:
- Re-enable OGL
- Revalidate ODA configuration mapping
- Re-test OAuth / IDCS trust
- Validate ODA embedded entry points
- Smoke-test key ODA intents
- Spot-check custom OGL guides
- Reassign roles if missing
Hope it helps!
