When BAR file gets imported from 7.6 to new 8.2

I having issue with some user uploaded data as datasets. most of them are MS.xlsx files.

It didn't get imported . Is there anyway, snapshot process captures the dataset files?

Or should I download individual file and upload separately?

we have about 100 files to deal with it here and user privilege issue as well. Any lead?

@Tony_OAS_Apex_User - We don't have any option at this point of time in OAS.

Exported BAR Files Don't Include Data Files

When you back up an instance into an Oracle Business Intelligence application archive (BAR) file, data files that you uploaded aren't included in the BAR file.

When you import the BAR file into a target system, only the metadata for the data files is imported, rather than the data files themselves.

To work around this issue, when you restore a snapshot taken from a different environment, you must upload the data associated with your file-based data sets to the target environment.

so there's no automated solutions for it. right? or waiting for Oracle development teams to make it happen.?

@Tony_OAS_Apex_User, OAC provides REST APIs, pls explore using REST API. Hope it helps!
