Finding DFF field in HCM OTBI Subject Area
Good afternoon.
We have added values to this HCM table/field, HRT_PROFILE_ITEMS.ATTRIBUTE1 as a DFF that we need to add to our OTBI reports.
We have followed the required steps of checking the BI enabled box, deploying the DFF and running the "Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions For Transactional Business Intelligence" process. When I search for a field named Attribute1 in the "Workforce Profiles - Person Profile Real Time" subject area I don't find it.
Any help would be appreciated, as we must be missing a step. Thank you!

Hi @Richard R.
Welcome to the Oracle Analytics & AI Community!
Can you please check if you have followed those steps:
- While creating DFF segment, make BI enabled checkbox yes for the segment. Deploy DFF.
- Run the "Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions For Transactional Business Intelligence" process from scheduled process area.
- Wait for the process to complete successfully.
Please take a look into the following Oracle document & the post which might be useful.
Hope this help.
Thank you.

Hi @Richard R.
Here is another discussion which might be a good read to debug the issue.
Hope this help.
Thank you.

Hello Richard R.
When you configured Attribute1 DFF, did you label / name it and/or give it a BI Label? It could be that it has imported in to the relevant subject area but displays as the Name or BI Label that you configured it with.

@Richard Kemp-Eyre, the person that added the DFF says that he didn't add a BI label. The label field is empty.

@Richard Ribeiro - I am also facing similar issue.
Created a DFF under HRT_PROFILE_ITEMS and used value set of learning module attribute and able to use it in UI.
But, after running the Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business Intelligence (successful job), the DFF is not visible in the OTBI areas under Person Profile folder.
