Unable to access Oracle Analytics Challenge instance – No user returned via correlation policy

Hello,

I registered for the Oracle Analytics and AI Challenge 2026 and received both the registration confirmation email and the “Your Oracle Analytics environment is ready” email.

However, when I click the “Access Oracle Analytics” link and log in, I receive the following error:

Oracle Cloud – oacstrategy
Identity domain: dvc_ashburn
No user returned via correlation policy

I verified that:
• My email already has an Oracle account
• I can log in to my Oracle profile successfully
• I tried accessing the link using an incognito browser

It appears that my account may not have been provisioned correctly in the challenge identity domain.

Could you please check whether my account has been added to the dvc_ashburn identity domain in the oacstrategy tenant?

Hi Rasta,

In his post Rufus shared that he did use the email you mentioned to register (the same of his account here in the forum, you have access to it when looking at his profile as an admin of the forum). To preserve his privacy and avoid his email to be publicly posted in a forum, I removed it from his post (as it was matching his account).
I should have left a note saying it in the edit, my bad.

Hi Rasta,

Yes, that is the correct email I used to register.

I registered on Feb 28, 2026 and received the “Your Oracle Analytics environment is ready” email on March 7, 2026.

However, when I click the Access Oracle Analytics link I receive the error:

Oracle Cloud – oacstrategy
Identity domain: dvc_ashburn
No user returned via correlation policy.

Hi Rasta,

Thank you for looking into this.

I cleared the browser cookies and cache again and tried logging in through Chrome, and the Access Oracle Analytics link is now working. I’m able to access the environment successfully.

@Rasta Ghafouri-Oracle how are you able to mitigate this?
I am facing this issue with some of my users, who are not able to access AR padrones and getting this error. We tried logging in different browsers and incognito window as well
