Have you compared the privileges of both users?
Does the WebLogic user have access to Answers?

The privileges for the application roles which are assigned to the user in question need to be verified.

Pretty typical questions: was it ever working before? What been changed since it was working for the last time?

@andrew: Not Sure, I saw this today when a user reported this to me.
Is there a way , I can create a user and make him kind of Super User, who has access to everything and then check. If yes, could please let me know the steps please

Thanks @ Christian for the quick turn around, I have checked and this user has access to Answers.
But the issue is resolved now,
I logged in to OBIEE server(remote desktop) and found that sawserver.exe has crashed(message was displayed on screen) . i opened the evenvwr and saw this message as attached below
When I clicked the "Close this program " button on the error message that was displayed " after doing that , when I logged in to the analytics portal , I was able to see "Analysis and Interactive reporting " option . Very Strange !!
How do I fine tune this sawserver.exe so that it does not crash , Any idea what could have caused this strange behaviuor.

Are you using 12.2.1.1.0 or 12.2.1.0.0?

Presentation server log file would be the first place to start looking into details. Further logs exist of course but that's where you should start.
Also I see from your screenshot that you're on 12.2.1.0 - maybe a good idea to go to a newer version.

This looks very similar to the note 2174849.1 for me.
