I am attempting to create an analysis that shows the status of a specific document submission for each Worker; each worker is required to submit a Document of Record with a Document Type of “NDA” each year. From the “Workforce Management – Worker Assignment Real Time” SA I am returning basis Worker details, and from the “Workforce Management – Documents of Record Real Time” I would like to return either “Complete” where the worker has a Document Type of “NDA” created after a specific date (EG: 01-Jan-2025).

I am struggling with the formula to identify if a specific Document Type exists (have tried aggregates/max/decodes etc – but not been able to get the results I am after), I have been able to get the data with the use of a union and reference to a second Analysis – however the performance was unusable by doing it this way.

Has anyone created anything similar that they could share? or any points on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.
