What connections can I use in a Data Flow to save data?

I would like to load a table into my database but it doesn't come up as an option in DataFlow. Actually no connections are shown, can anyone help me understand what is happening and where to go to learn how to use this option? Any help woutld be appreciated. Thank you.

Screen for "Save Data" options.

I click on "Select connection" and nothing

You can save output data from data flows to these database types:

Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse
Oracle Autonomous AI Transaction Processing
Oracle Database/Oracle AI Database
Apache Hive
Hortonworks Hive
MapR Hive
Spark

So ensure connection is of above type.

Are you the owner of the connection you are trying to access? If not, have you been granted permissions to access the connection you are looking to use?

Assuming there already connections that have been created that you want to use. If not, you will need to create them first and make sure appropriate permissions are assigned.

This always trips me up in the DV. It can be a little frustrating. It would be nice if Connections were accessible to all Administrator roles automatically, and not have to be granted.

Thanks @Chad Williams , I have connections set up but they don't come up, particularly to an Oracle database where we load data into. Does it have to be a particular database shown? I just watched a video done back in 2023 and the presenter had ADW database.

Thank you @GayathriAnand-Oracle. This is what I suspected. So I'll have to figure out how to spin up a ADW in my OCI instance, if even possible (depending on the set up).
