Huge delay while drilling to linked report in OBIEE 11g (11.1.1.7.140527)
Hi,
I have complex report on a dashboard with working time about 5 min. There is a link to another report here.
I faced with the next problem:
1) Every user waits 5 min for results to be refreshed on the screen;
2) Then they wait another 5 min to use a link;
What should I do to avoid second wating step or it's normal functionality of Oracle BI reports?
Please, help me.

It's not "normal functionality" for OBIEE to be slow, no.

Going farther than Robin I'd even say: It's "normal" when things have been done badly. It's not normal when things have been done right.
