@ym-Oracle this is an interesting idea.

Out of curiosity, I looked at various properties etc of the visual and surely couldn't find anything obvious to bind to grand total or sub totals. Would be nice to know what workaround has been implemented?

Let's say we have viz table Sale by Countries / Regions Data Action for each region (sub total)/ all regions Total -> Data Action row is drill to specific country, Data Action subtotal is drill to specific region and grand total is drill to all details (all regions)

Agree. Enabling Data Actions on grand totals and subtotals would greatly improve usability by allowing users to act directly on aggregated insights without needing to drill down into detail rows.
