Union Report with Action Link

Hi All,

I have a scenario like, i have a union report which brings all the employees joining and leaving the Organization.

I created 2 Action Links for the detail report

1) Joining

2) Leaving

For Joining action link is working as excepted, but for Leaving it is not coming as excepted it is displaying all the records in report.

Please let me know how to figure it out.

    How are you filtering the second destination analysis and how are you passing that filter?
