How to restrtict resent and most popular in OBIEE 11g home page?

I have AD ID, that ID having only Consumer Role and not mapped any report/dashboard to that AD ID. But after lognning to analytics, in the home page I am able to see one dashboard and some other reports. How to restrtict resent and most popular in OBIEE 11g home page? and without any rights how I am able to see dashboard and reports?
OBIEE Version:11.1.1.7.150120
Thanks, Ramesh

That just means that those objects ARE actually accessible to that user with the rights he has. Basically it means that your catalog security setup is leaky.

Hi Christian,
Thanks for update.
Please suggest how to restrict those things(recent and most popular) and how to restrict that dashbord, because I have verified dashbord level permissions but I didn't found anything.
Other AD ID's not accessing that dashboard but only my AD ID getting that dashboard.
Thanks,
Ramesh.

It's all about effective permissions - not just "configured" ones. WHAT do you have access to WHY. So unless you comprehend what gets rendered based on which precise rights setup I can't tell you "click here or there". No one can. Because it's your security model and setup.
First help: OBIEE Security: It’s a Jungle Out There
Thomas pointed you towards how to get rid of the sections entirely which you can do if you can't manage your security in a way that recent/popular items aren't populated with items "which you should not be seeing".
