Did you do some analysis to make sure you aren't getting negative or zero data back?

When you do an upgrade in OBIEE you maybe don't touch anything but the tool start generating queries in a different way and return you data in a different way.

So I would say to first add a table view to display the values and so you are fixed.

You can also try to rebuild from scratch the analysis to see if something got corrupted or started acting in a different way with the upgrade.

Do some extra analysis to find out exactly what OBIEE is receiving as data and why/what/where is generating the message.

An update ideally require a full regression test to identify all these things and then the fix is different based on the source of the problem ...
