Is there any way to make an Outlook DL email list a recipient of an agent?
Agents can send to email addresses ... whether those emails addresses are a single recipient or mailing list is of no concern to the Agent nor how they're configured.
Or am I misunderstanding what you're asking?
It doesn't seem to like the it when we use the name of the mailing list, ABC_DL_LIST_OF_USERS. That is what is in Outlook, do I need to set up something within OBIEE that points to the Outlook list?
I have no idea about Outlook per se. Speak to your Outlook/Exchange admins, and ask what the fully qualified email address would be to send email to one of these lists. Then put that email address as the Agent recipient.

The little I remember about Outlook / Exchange goes in @rmoff direction.
A list name has a meaning only for Outlook / Exchange, but doesn't have any outside. So you must have an email address associated with it, or a forward or something that read emails on address xxx@xxx.xxx and forward to list ABCD.
But all that is mail server business, OBIEE require an email address.

I scheduled the report in OTBI and the agent was run successfully. However, I do not receive the report after the run in my inbox. The addresses are properly recorded, and the report is in an excel format and saved as a pivot table in otbi. What can be the cause?
Anyone has any idea why the OAC documentation on custom viz is not available now? I was able to access till last week - https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/analytics-cloud/acsdv/build-package-extension.html. Does this mean OAC doesnt support custom viz or custom workbook extensions?
