Report refresh is very poor in OBIEE single node 12.2.1.1.0

Login is slow & refreshing reports is slow too.

Refreshing reports or dashboards when Report has writeback enabled  or has hierarchies  --> it takes time as compared to running same sql against the database.
Checked one such report and it took 51 sec's on bi_server1.

Following error was seen in the saw log :

And this error comes when ever reports takes long time to refresh.

Also checked on following points with customer :
1- Check the performance tuning guide for JVM for Manged server logs , section 2.3 which is done.
2- Re-bounced the system  which is done several time.
3- Re-started the services done also.
4-Issue is happening for all reports regardless of writeback enabled or not  and for all users.
5-Customer has SAML -SSO enabled on 12.2.1.1
