Pivot Table Background

Hi,
I have Pivot Table like this:
Person, Person Numb er, Bridge, Cost Center.
Name columns is Traning Name
Measure: POD (it has two value: GREEN and RED)
Now I want add background color for ma cells which have GREEN or RED value. Can someone know how I can it in simple way?
Or maybe font color will be between GREEN or RED?
When the cell is empty I don't want any changes.
But I can't change my pivot table because with value (RED/GREEN) it's workin fine.
Any help?

Have you tried using conditional formatting on your POD column?https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E23943_01/bi.1111/e10544/format.htm#BIEUG1173

Did you try conditional formatting based on your cell value? It's in the properties of the column.

Hi,
Thanks for response.
Yes, I tried Conditional Formatting, but it doesn't work. I can use conditional formatting for my column POD but on another column (it must be in ROWS or COLUMNS and it share my records).
For example, I have the same training name and two value in columns:
And when I use Conditional Formatting:
It's working fine, but I have two columns (green/red) and I want one columns with this values.
But when I exclude MANDATORY column with green/red values this background colors disappear.
When i tried HIDE this columns, this two columns stay.
Any suggestions?
I want something like this:
Or when I try use conditional formatting from POD column on itself it doesn't work.

What is the column formula for POD? GREEN & RED aren't exactly values of a measure so this may probably be causing the issues in your pivot table.
