Visual Analyzer logs similar to manage sessions

Hi,

(Not sure if i can ask question about Visual Analyzer embedded in OBIEE 12c in this forum or I should go to Data Visualization Desktop forum)

How can we see query log like "Manage Sessions" for the queries running on Visual Analyzer for the project created on a RPD Subject Area? Manage Sessions only shows the logs for the queries fired in Answers, not from VA.

    Deeps,

    First it would help to know your precise version, not just "12c".

    Second, what you're talking about is out of the box functionality. You see everything you do in VA in the logs:

    Thanks Christian. I am on 12.2.1.2.0, on a Linux Server. Somehow the logs doesn't show up when tried from VA, I will take a deeper look again. Do you know if there would be some configuration which is disabled from generating these logs? like a log level or something else.

    No not really.

    Surprising as I took the scteenshot on the older 12.2.1.1.0 and also on Linux.

    I rechecked to run the queries on Visual Analyzer, unfortunately I am still not able to see any sessions for the queries generated from VA. There might be some configuration or permissions that are restricting the logs from generating.

    I have a server with Sample Sales rpd and this is working fine as your screenshot (thanks for that )
