Unable to edit and save agents after ownership change

Hi,
We have changed owner for a catalog folder including all the items within. The new owner is able to edit/save reports but unable to do so for agents.
When trying to edit agents he is getting "Insufficient Permissions" error. Both the users are in same security group and have full control.
Any idea whats happening?
Cheers!

The error says "insufficient permissions" or "insufficient privileges"? Maybe post the exact error. Does the user belong to a group that has rights to Create Agents (under manage privileges)?

Does this owner has the right privileges? Check about the settings of the BI Application Roles, that you user has..

Hi,
Thanks for the response. Yes user is able to create/edit agent which he created. I will explain you the problem in detail.
User A and User B are part of same security group R_Admin which has privileges to create/edit/delete (full control).
User A has left the company and user B is now in charge of all the activities of user A. So we changed the ownership of all agents/reports created by user A to B.
Now the objects shows user B as the owner. User B is able to make changes to the reports but not to agents. When trying to edit agents error message user is getting is as shown in the screenshot below.
Cheers!

Ownership and permission are two different things ...
From the document:
To create an agent, users must be granted the Create Agent privilege. To enable users with the Publish Agents for Subscription privilege, which provides the ability to change or to delete an agent, you must grant them the Modify permission to the shared agent objects and child objects in the Oracle BI Presentation Catalog
see pic posted by @cesar.advincula.o
Make sure all the object are similarly granted.

So User A's agents were moved from /users/User A/Agents to /users/User B/Agents? Or are these agents in a /shared/ location?
If you open the catalog manager in offline mode, and go into /users/User B/Agents folder, and check the permissions of one of User A's old agents, does User B have Full Control? Or do you notice any difference in permissions between an old User A agent vs a newly created User B agent?
You can do the same check if it's in some /shared/Agents folder. Check the permissions on an old User A agent vs. a newly created User B agent. Seems there must be a difference.

Thanks Thomas and Cesar. Apologies for replying late.
Both user A and user B are part of same security group and both have "Full Control" permissions on the catalog where the agents are saved. Agents are saved under /Shared Folders/Agents/Directory/
Permission wise they have full control on the catalog folders.
users are part of "*_ADMIN" group. I have tried everything with permissions but no luck.

Any luck with this. We are having the exact same issue. I can go in as the Admin and make changes but the users can not. All permissions appear correct.

Also experiencing the same issue, any update would be appreciated if a solution was found.
Thanks,
